Return Policy

Please note that we only accept returns of items based on the following requirements:

• For returns of defective items to be valid, items purchased must be sent back within 7 days of receipt (14 days for customers outside Singapore). All additional shipping fees must be paid by the customers.
• Returns of defective items are allowed, provided that all items to be returned are in good condition with its original tag still intact.

Watson have the right to decline returns if the above requirements are not met.
